Hi Ladies,
How do you feel today? The week end is about to begin in a couple of hours, depending on where you are actually living... I can't wait to wish you a wonderful week end with a lot of joy, hope and fullfilment. We've already talked about week end and how I'm used to use it as a time for preparation or assessment... Yet, I wanted to do things quite differently... because yesterday, I've met somebody that will help me to deal with emotional issues... While we were talking, I'm realized that most of the time I spent is a form of constraint.. with full of "I have to" and "I must" or "You'll never have the right to"... Not very entertaining... hum... In addition, we are 81 days before 2014 so... it means I still have the time to implement a new habit or two at a time... I know I'm crazy... Some times, high levels of stress lead us to a machine mode... We become only like automat who run their duties no matter what happens.. My goal during the next 66 days is to reduce drastically my level of stress by feeling more aware of my needs... I'm truly convinced that if I'm able to stay connected with my needs, I'll be able to share more positive tips and tools with you... Knowing our needs is not an easy step, especially, when we have lost our core values for a long time... Here is the way I used to get back on track.
