Good Morning Ladies!
Ophelie has grown up in a single family. Her mum has made her best to educate her, to provide her skills, guidance, high values. But, despite her mother's marvelous dedication, she felt lonely, sad, incomplete. In fact, she felt responsible for all the sad or horrible facts that happened in her mother's life. During this quite long period, she gained weight...
In fact, she tried to disappear behind her own body. She was unable to share her feelings or to build trust. She did not have a lot of friends because she moved about 30 times in 20 years.. no so easy to build strong relationships or to find support with social peers.
At least, she could rely on her educational results. She was seen as one of the most brilliant student ever by her teachers or professors. At that point of her life, it was enough to bring her joy and a (false) sensation of fulfillment...
In 2003, her world collapsed when she had to face one of the biggest crisis in her life: the death of her father in law. She knew she was able to deal with lack of money, food, heating, water... But, what could she do to fix that situation? Honestly, nothing...
In 2005, she lived her country and moved to Switzerland for around 3 years then moved to Canada for around 5 years... At the end of that "trip", a second master degree with highest grades ever and a PhD in criminology with honours. Yet, these last two recognitions have given her more than just a name on a paper... they had learnt her how to be proud of being herself and more importantly to cherish her own core values to reach her goals. Comparison with others is one of the worst element in our lives, we are unique you are unique.. .
That is what is all about... Sharing what she has learned with high achieving/ high performance women who crave for self help in their private lives, who want to live with passion with pride with confidence towards their own definition of potential... and not only be considered as "leaders" in their professional lives
